Hey everyone myself YASHWARDHAN PAURANIK student of UIT-RGPV

(CSE). I am club officer of UIT-RGPV and a active mozillian from Bhopal

I hereby write my first blog on the event conducted by us on 10 and 11 sept 2015 at UIT-RGPV Bhopal.The event was made up with the cooperation and great support of all the people included in the event the lead, the speaker, the volunteer and the participants who took part in it and made it a great success!

We (Team) discussed many topics:

• Introduction to FSA prog and Firefox OS
• Introduction to Open Source
• Understanding FXOS Arch

• Introduction to market place & FXOS simulator
• WoMoz Introduction

Introduction to FSA prog and Firefox OS:
                    The event was attended by the people belonging to Computer Science and Information Technology trade. So, the basic idea of the event was to educate the people about open source and about the open web. This part of session was conducted by our lead KUSHAGRA VARADE who is an active mozillian from bhopal. He also told them about the contribution areas in FSA prog and Some mozilla projects (Geolocation, Etherpad).

Introduction to Open Source:
                 Since it was my(Yashwardhan Pauranik) first that i am conducting a session, i was a bit nervous and exited too, Because i was the first time i was delivering my knowledge to people around.  Started from what source means? to What open source is? i covered every detail that the people should know. I also told about the company that open and close source. I also discussed about some of the open source projects(MozStumbler). It was a great feeling to delivery something awesome and i am now confident to deliver it again :)

Understanding FXOS Arch and Intro to market place and FXOS simulator:
                Our Lead again came to action with the session, session was centered with the teaching of FXOS and app development but before developing the app we must know the OS Arch. So the Speaker Kushagra Varade took the session on Arch and layers of FXOS and told attendee about how each and every layer works.Kushagra also told them how to access market place using simulator. Wait did i just said simulator did i mentioned this or told about this to my attendees, So it time to introduce them what is simulator and how it works.He(KUSH) also told them how to build an app using simulator and web IDE.

WoMoz Introduction:
              The last Topic for the discussion purpose was about WoMoz program. It was carried out by our WoMoz Head SAKSHI RAJPUT. The session chiefly constituted the problems that holds Women back from getting involved In IT sectors and their solutions with the help of this program. The Event ended with an amazing maker party carrying with itself a large number of talented young programmers and their Projects.
